A defined role within the building’s operation
Life-safety coverage works best when the assignment is connected to the building’s existing procedures and management structure. Discuss the property type, coverage hours, required qualifications and the people responsible for coordinating the assignment. Confirm the post’s responsibilities before service begins rather than assuming that one job title covers every task.
Connected fire guard and staffing needs
A property may also require fire guard services, security personnel or support for an event. Those requirements should be scoped separately, with the appropriate qualifications and availability confirmed. Guardian’s broader service relationship allows these needs to be considered together.
