These terms govern your use of the Guardian ISI website, its connected client portal, and the Guardian job application and employment text-message program described below. "Guardian," "we," and "us" refer to Guardian ISI / Guardian Consulting. Please read these terms before using these features. If you do not agree, do not use them.
1. Website use and service requests
The website provides information about Guardian and a way to contact our team. Sending an inquiry, requesting coverage, or using the portal does not by itself establish a security assignment, guarantee availability, or create a service contract. The scope, pricing, responsibilities, and terms of professional services are established in a separate agreement. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement controls the applicable service.
This website and its messaging features are not emergency-response channels. For an immediate threat or emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.
2. Accounts and authorized access
Use only accounts and property records you are authorized to access. Keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate account information, and notify Guardian if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for your use of an account and for keeping your contact details current. We may restrict access when necessary to protect accounts, information, or systems, or when an account is no longer authorized.
3. Acceptable use and submitted information
Do not use the website to submit unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, or malicious material; impersonate another person; interfere with the service; bypass access controls; or obtain information you are not authorized to receive. Only submit information and files you have the authority to share.
You retain your rights in the material you submit. You authorize Guardian and the service providers supporting these features to store, process, and deliver that material as needed to respond to your request and operate the relevant service. Personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Job applications
Submit accurate information when applying for a position. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, employment, an assignment, or a particular schedule. Any required employment verification, screening authorization, or employment agreement is handled separately. Choosing not to receive text messages does not prevent you from applying or being considered for employment.
5. Optional employment text messages
If you select the optional text-message consent checkbox on the job application, you agree that Guardian ISI / Guardian Consulting may text the number you provide about your application, interview scheduling, and hiring updates. Messages may be sent using automated technology. This consent covers employment-related updates, rather than unrelated advertising.
- Choice: Consent is optional and is not a condition of applying or employment. The checkbox is not selected for you.
- Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to stop text messages. You can also contact Guardian at info@guardianisi.com or 212-602-1695 to withdraw consent. An opt-out confirmation may be sent; withdrawal does not cancel your job application.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance or use the email address or telephone number above.
- Your number: Provide a number you own or are authorized to use, and tell us if it changes or is reassigned.
- Delivery: Delivery depends on mobile networks and device availability. Guardian and mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent permitted by law.

6. Website content and external services
Guardian branding and website materials belong to Guardian or their respective owners. You may view and use them for legitimate personal or business interactions with Guardian. Do not misrepresent ownership, remove proprietary notices, or reuse the branding in a way that suggests unauthorized endorsement.
External links and third-party services are subject to their own terms. We do not control their availability or content. Website information and portal records may change, and technical errors or interruptions can occur. Contact Guardian to confirm information that affects an important decision.
7. Availability and legal rights
We work to maintain the website but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all content will always be complete or current. To the extent allowed by law, website features are provided as available. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or replace obligations under a signed service agreement.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as features or practices change. The updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required by applicable law. A change to these terms does not by itself expand an applicant's text-message consent.
