1. Information we collect

• Contact inquiries. When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, requested service, property or location, and message.
• Client portal information. Portal records may include your name, email address, company, account role, property association, messages, replies, uploaded photographs or files, and related service activity. Authorized users may also access staffing, scheduling, and operational reports associated with their property.
• Account and sign-in information. We process account identifiers and session information to sign you in and control access. Where ChatGPT sign-in is used, the sign-in provider supplies identifying information such as your email address and name.
• Technical and usage information. Hosting and analytics services may process your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, timestamps, and interactions with the website.
• Optional browser notifications. If you enable staff notifications, we store a browser push subscription, associated technical keys, device/browser information, and the staff account associated with that subscription.

Please do not include passwords, payment card details, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information in the general contact form. Contact us to arrange an appropriate method for sensitive service documents.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss and provide requested services, manage client and staff access, communicate about properties and assignments, deliver messages and requested notifications, maintain records, troubleshoot problems, understand website usage, and protect our systems. We may also use records to address disputes and meet applicable legal obligations.

Website inquiries are available to authorized Guardian personnel through our staff inbox and Guardian Command's Contact Form Submissions. Portal communications may be handled through connected Guardian systems so the responsible team can respond.

3. When information is shared

Information may be accessible to authorized Guardian personnel and, for relevant portal records, authorized representatives of the associated client or property. We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, authentication, analytics, and notification delivery. These include the Sites hosting platform, Cloudflare infrastructure, Google Analytics, and applicable sign-in and browser notification providers.

We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect people and property, investigate misuse, or establish or defend legal rights. Information may also be transferred as part of a business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable requirements. External providers' own privacy terms apply to their services.

4. Cookies and Google Analytics

The site uses session cookies for authenticated access. Client portal sessions are configured to expire after 14 days; signing out ends access through the current session. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent portal features from working.

With your optional analytics consent, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and website interactions. It does not load before that consent. Use Cookie settings on any page to reject optional services or withdraw consent. See our cookie information. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage and device information. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage cookies through your browser and use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Browser controls may not affect all forms of technical logging.

5. Storage, retention, and security

Information is stored in the systems used to operate Guardian's website and connected services. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the service relationship, operational needs, and applicable legal or dispute-related requirements. Archiving a contact message does not delete it. You may contact us to request deletion; some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

We use access controls, authenticated sessions, and protected connections for relevant features. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your sign-in information private and report suspected unauthorized account access promptly.

6. Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit optional information, although we may need certain details to respond or provide services. You can disable browser notifications in your browser or device settings and manage cookies using your browser controls.

To ask about information associated with you, request access or correction, or request deletion, email info@guardianisi.com with the subject "Privacy request." Depending on your location and applicable law, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. Please do not send identity documents unless we explain what is needed and how to provide them.

Employment text messages

If you choose text updates on the Guardian job application, we record your choice, phone number, submission date, and the consent wording shown. We use this information to manage application updates, interview scheduling, hiring communications, and consent requests. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute text-message consent.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to support delivery and administration of the messaging program or as required by law.

7. Children and external websites

This website is intended for business clients and people seeking Guardian services, rather than children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review it. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; review their privacy policies before supplying information.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or our information practices. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised date. Where applicable law requires additional notice, we will provide it.
